So, what is health to you? To me it’s looking after both your mind and body equally well !

People now-a-days, are more health conscious, men desire a heavy muscle bound body and women want to look slim and strong.Healthy mind leads to a healthy body and vice-versa.Good health gives us a feeling of complete physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual well-being. As the saying goes,

“The human body is the best picture of the human soul.” – Ludwig Wittgenstein

We must balance both mental and physical health to love ourselves and keep us happy

So i am here to provide some simple and easy tips, all you need to do is incorporate them in your daily routine, to stay fit and healthy.

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Eat healthy and avoid junk/canned food

  • Never skip breakfast or any other meal of the day and always have them on time

  • Abstain from smoking and drinking

  • Exercise for atleast three times a week

  • Practice yoga or meditation on a daily basis

  • Get enough sleep

  • Take regular breaks in office and avoid sitting in the same position at your workstation for long hours

  • Get regular health checkups done at least once a year to ascertain your fitness

And, you will be benefitted as follows:

  • You will end up with healthy ,positive mind along with a healthy body
  • You can combat your health disorders and seasonal problems
  • Promotes mental and physical strength
  • Boosts energy level
  • Helps in weight management
  • Helps avoid wrinkles and other aging related problems

Healthy Mind + Healthy Body = Happy Life
